Over the last two years, relationship between OLM and LMA has been strained after LMA was invited to help in resolving the leadership crisis that existed at the time among leaders of OLM.
Since the breakdown in communication between the two separate 501 (c)(3) organizations, both have worked independently. However, since OLM elected a new Chairman, in the person of Mr. Zubah Kpanaku, it has reached out to LMA in an effort to resolve the differences that existed between the organizations. Rev. Charles Goah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of LMA welcomed OLM's effort to seek resolution and stressed the need for both organizations to work together respectfully and harmoniously. In order to avoid a repeat of the situation led to a breakdown in relationship, both entities signed a memorandum of Understanding. Click here to view a copy of the document signed

The Liberian Ministers Association on Friday, April 20, 2012 conducted its general elections. According to results issued by the Election Commission, Dr. Francis Tabla was elected as the Executive Director and Rev. Stephen as Assistant Executive Director. Other executives and members of the board were also elected.
