Pastor Joe P. Nelson is a Minister of the Gospel within the Bethel World Outreach Ministries Inc. He serves as the Publicity Chairman for the Liberian Ministers Association.

This ambassador of Christ is a preacher, teacher, church planter, a prayer warrior and indeed a servant of God. He was called by God in his early years of 1975, but did not heed to the call until 1977 when he confessed openly the Lord Jesus Christ as his personal savior.

Pastor Nelson rededicated himself to the Lord and Ministry in 1991, when he had a dream and saw himself preaching and laying hands on a multitude of people in a huge circle sanctuary where people were being delivered, and since then his life has never been the same. There has been great changes and transformation.

He’s called to establish the Kingdom of God on earth, and the Lord has used him in leadership within several ministries in Ghana, Liberia and the USA.

This brother loves people. He’s humble, discipline and courageous in serving the Lord and humanity. He strongly believes in the practical aspect of ministry.

Pastor Nelson holds a bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) in Management from the University of Liberia, a three and a half years High Standard Diploma from the Victory International Bible School which is now a college in Ghana. Pastor Nelson also has a mini MBA and certificate from the University of St.Thomas in Non-profit Management and Leadership respectively.

He is a family man with two children.
Rev. Samuel Emmanuel Vansiea is treasurer of the Liberian Ministers Association in Minnesota.  He is also senior pastor of Joy World Mission Church in Minneapolis, and staff chaplain at North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale, Minnesota.  Rev. Vansiea embraced the Christian faith before his 10th birthday and was baptized at age 12.  He started preaching to his fellow students when in junior high school.  He acknowledged God's call on his life in 1983 while studying telecommunication technology in Sierra Leone and since then he has been faithfully serving the Lord in various capacities. Prior to coming to the United States he was senior pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Monrovia, Liberia; teacher at the Liberia Baptist Theological Seminary in Liberia; and assistant pastor for Union Baptist Church in Danane, Ivory Coast. Rev Vansiea is a great preacher and teacher of the Word of God.

He holds a B.Th Degree from the Liberian Baptist Theological Seminary in Liberia, M.Div Degree from Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Minnesota, and is studying for Doctor of Ministry degree at Bethel Seminary in the USA.

Rev. Vansiea loves the Lord, he loves people, and he loves the ministry. He is a man of God and God's hand is upon him.  He is a native of Liberia and presently lives in Minnesota, USA. He was married for seventeen years and has two beautiful children, Miracle and Samuel.

William Benjamin Kallon is General Secretary of the Liberian Ministers Asssociation.  He is also  an apostle, pastor, prolific Bible teacher, author and international motivational speaker who has traveled holding Miracle Soul-Harvest crusades, spiritual retreats, revival meetings, healing and deliverance services, and at the same time networked with other local churches and para-church organizations, conducting various conferences, leadership seminars and School of Ministry. He is the founder and Senior Pastor of Pilgrim’s Hall Of Praise Worldwide and Pilgrim's World Missions International, a dynamic local Church and apostolic church planting organization with headquarters in Monrovia, Liberia - West Africa. He is also the president and CEO of William Kallon Ministries, an international outreach ministry with offices in the U.S. and Liberia respectively.

Pastor Kallon, a biologist turned preacher was born and raised in a family of six. Still in his prime, he lost his father to chronic ulcers of the stomach and intestines. His mother who was determined to raise and educate her six children as a single parent did all she could in order for all of them to get a good education. Upon Pastor Kallon's completion from secondary school, he enrolled at the University of Liberia where he studied and graduated with a degree in biology and chemistry. Although his parents were both Christians and did teach them in the fear of the Lord, he personally accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior in August of 1987.

However, he drifted away from the teachings of the Church due to peer pressure while he was in high school. It was not until his second year in college that he rededicated his life and recommitted himself to Christ and the Church. Upon his rededication, he grew very thirsty and hungry for the Word of God that he literally visited almost every service, Bible study, seminar and conference conducted by his home church and other churches in the city of Monrovia, Liberia, his country of origin. Because of his desire for further Bible knowledge and a systematic teaching of God's Word, he enrolled at two separate Bible schools within the period of three years, paid his own tuition and fees throughout his studies and graduated with honors.

Burdened with the concern for souls after seeing precious lives wasted on drugs, alcohol, immorality and crime, and after seeing people dying spiritually on the doorsteps of churches, in the driveways of homes and on the streets, he started reaching out to them with the compassionate love of Christ. His public ministry began as a local youth outreach (YPCEM) he started back in 1997 to reach teens and high school students before they graduated from school. Although he did not have a permanent job about this time, he managed to transport himself and a friend he mentored to and from various high schools ministering to several thousands of young people from the little income he made from his hair barbing skills.

As directed by the Lord in August of 2001, he gave up the position of Youth Director and Minister of a large denomination and stepped out in faith to start Pilgrim's World Outreach Center (now Pilgrim's Hall Of Praise Worldwide) in an unknown community the Lord had led him to.

Amidst increased financial constraints, he started the Church in November of that same year with only four of the converts he had won to the Lord. And because of his faithfulness, diligence and consistency, the frail seed that was sacrificially sown in this once downtrodden, poverty stricken, sin and crime infested community soon sprouted and grew and has now become a large tree with branches bearing fruits throughout Liberia and the world under which many today have as their spiritual covering. To God be the glory and praise for the great things He has done.

In March of 2003 Pastor Kallon came over to the United States and was reunited with his wife Lady Nellie who had come over to study, and in February of 2005 they together founded and now pastor Pilgrim's Hall Of Praise, U.S.A. Currently Pastor Kallon is pursuing the Master of Divinity degree in Ministry Leadership at Bethel Seminary, St. Paul, Minnesota and resides in Minneapolis with his wife, a faithful companion in the Ministry.
